At TISA, we are committed to providing the highest quality jewelry and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our 18K gold-plated stainless steel jewelry.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a piece of jewelry that has a fault due to craftsmanship or material issues, we will cover the cost of replacement. To process the claim, we may request clear photos or videos of the defect.

Material Defects: If your jewelry experiences premature tarnishing, rusting, or discoloration due to defective materials, and you have followed the proper care instructions, we will resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

Structural Failures: If your jewelry breaks, falls apart, or fails to function as intended because of design or construction defects, we’ll provide a replacement. If unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit.

What’s Not Covered

Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, jewelry naturally experiences wear, such as scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration from regular use. These are not covered by the warranty.

Misuse or Accidents: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical impacts. Please handle your jewelry with care to preserve its beauty.

Loss or Theft: Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items that are lost or stolen.

Exchange Option (Within 48 Hours)

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing, material, or structural defect, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

To process the exchange, you must provide clear photos or videos of the defect. An unboxing video is highly recommended.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit.

How to Make a Claim

To process your claim, we may ask for clear images or videos showing the defect. If you believe your jewelry is eligible for a warranty claim or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your product. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and resolve the issue quickly.

Disputes & Chargebacks

All TISA orders are quality-checked, carefully packed, and dispatched with complete documentation. Every order is recorded during the packing process before dispatch.
In the event of a dispute including claims of wrong, missing, or damaged items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is received, through the full unboxing, without any cuts or breaks. Disputes or chargeback claims raised without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for review, replacement, or refund, and we reserve the right to contest any such claims with our own dispatch documentation and evidence.
