Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 18K gold-plated stainless steel, designed to be durable, stylish, and long-lasting. Product-specific details are available on each product page.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free, making it safe for sensitive skin.

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?
Our jewelry is designed to be tarnish-resistant and waterproof. With proper care, it will maintain its shine and finish for years.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, and tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available only if your jewelry arrives with a defect (manufacturing, material, or structural).

What are the conditions for an exchange?

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • You must provide an unboxing video along with clear images of the defect.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value.

How can I initiate an exchange?
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your proof (unboxing video and images). Once verified, we’ll guide you through the replacement or store credit process.

5. Warranty & Care

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes. All our 18K gold-plated stainless steel jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding earrings and nose rings).

  • Covered: manufacturing, material, and structural defects.

  • Not covered: misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, loss, or theft.

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

  • Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in an airtight box.

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use to maintain shine.

6. Size & Fit

How do I know my size?

7. Packaging

How is my jewelry packaged?
Every order comes in our signature 6x4x2 brown TISA jewelry box, sealed with an elegant black logo sticker. Inside, your jewelry is securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

8. Gifting

Can I send jewelry directly as a gift?
Yes, you can ship your order directly to another address as a gift. The package will not include any pricing details. While we don’t currently offer gift-wrapping, we may introduce this option in the future.

9. After-Sales Care

What if my jewelry loses its luster over time?
With regular use, jewelry may gradually lose some of its natural shine. Simply polish it gently with a soft muslin cloth to restore its brilliance. Following our care instructions will help keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years.

10. Additional Information

Can I place bulk or custom orders?
Currently, we do not accept bulk or custom orders. This may be added later as we expand.
